Auckland Futsal Team WIN the 2010 New Zealand Football Futsal Junior/Youth Championships.

HB Futsal hosted the second annual NZ Futsal Junior Youth Championships in Hawke's Bay on July 10, 2010.
The winning Auckland team consisted of all WYNRS boys: Harry Merz, Sarpreet Singh, Jake Porter, Liam Jordan, Matt Blackmore, Jimmy Toohey, and Christian Woodbridge (GK).
 
There were 11 teams competing in the 97/98 age group, teams from Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, Waiarapa-Carterton, several from Hawkes Bay, and our team from Auckland.
Our Auckland team results were outstanding with scoring a total 96 goals over 7 x 26 minute matches and only conceding eight.

The majority of the spectators were amazed by the skills and team work of the Auckland team – including the NZ FUTSALWHITES Head Coach Matt Chandler, who made a point of staying to watch several of the Auckland team's games. Coach Felipe said the team were of very high quality and their Futsal Skills only improved as the day went on.
The boys played very well together with the attacking force of Jake and Sarpreet , mid field Liam and Jimmy, defence Harry and Matt, and the incredible goal keeping by Christian.
