AARAU MASTERS 2009

In
February 2009 the Wynrs academy will take a group of
14 lucky under 11 players to Germany and Switzerland
for an international tour. The first week will be
spent in Germany where the players and coaching staff
will be hosted in both Munich and Bremen. In Germany
the players will be able to play against some of the
top youth teams in the country as well as the
opportunity to watch a live Bundesliga game and tour
the Stadiums of the top clubs, Bayern Munich and
Werder Bremen.
If the week in Germany is not exciting enough the tour will then move onto Aarau in Switzerland. Wynrs has been invited to compete in the Aarau Masters 2009 (regarded as one of the biggest Under 11 tournaments in the world!!). The tournament will feature teams such as, Werder Bremen, Bayern Munich, Zenit St Petersburg as well as teams from Brazil, Africa and the Americas!! The biggest news so far is that Wynrs have been drawn in the same group as one of the biggest club sides in the world – Manchester United!! Whilst in Aarau the team will play two warm up tournaments and have the opportunity to train and prepare for the big event at the end of the week.
