The team members all played extremely well in their positions, and shared goal duty (no one wanted to be goalie every game). Goalie of the season was Kaleb for making the most saves. Dan was also impressive in goal saving a penalty!
William and Ryan were relentless in defence giving Harry, Sam, and Kris (sharing the mid field duties) the assurance to push forward and join the strikers.
Ben, Sarpreet, Thomas, Kaleb, and Dan (sharing the attack) persistently played havoc in the opposition defence with creative passes and ball skills to weave through to score goals.

The team entered Tournaments at
Papakura – Won Championship,
Clendon - Championship Runner up,
Forrest Hill (31-08-08) – lost in the Championship semi-final.

This was a very impressive winter season indeed.
