WYNRS NZ 6-0 MELBOURNE ACADEMY

Thursday afternoon saw the WYNRS Academy host the Australian Football Skool from Melbourne at Waikaraka Park. Some of our 1998 born players were the lucky ones that got the chance to test their skills in 9 a side competition. The WYNRS team played well and ran out 6 – 0 winners by the end of the game. Goal scorers for the WYNRS side were – Aleks Dabek 2, Ben Mata, William Gillingham, Ben Poulter and Sarpreet Singh. It was another great afternoon for the WYNRS Academy as our players got to experience playing against international competition as well as mixing with the opposition and having the chance make some new friends. We wish the Australian Football Skool all the very best for the rest of their tour and stay in New Zealand.
