Favourites Japan were knocked out of the U-17 World Cup ¼ finals by England on penalties. Only 1 shot missed from 10 takers so unfortunately for Miya it was the young Japanese player. England battled well despite less possession and held out 2-2 till the penalty shoot out. The semi final pairings are now England - Korea and Germany - USA.
